Adhesive Tape Adhesives Variants

  • ACRYLIC: Water-based adhesive. All-purpose, after application the 100% adhesion performance is reached very quickly. Use at low temperatures is problematic.
  • HOT- MELT: Synthetic-rubber based adhesive. Multi-purpose, after application the 100% adhesion performance is little delayed. Suitable also for use at a wide temperature interval. 
  • SOLVENT: Natural rubber-based adhesive with other adhesives added. High-performance, suitable also for demanding sticking - the highest quality.

  • Printing of all common types of packaging tapes is available.

ADHESIVE TAPES REQUIRING MOISTENING

Kraft pulp paper onto which a special adhesive is applied serves as the backing. The tapes need to be moistened before application. The most frequent use of these tapes is for sealing cartons and boxes. The tapes are manufactured in brown and white and are printable (2-3 colours) and writable.

REINFORCED ADHESIVE TAPES

Polypropylene adhesive tape reinforced with glass fibres, strong in shear, wear resistant. Used mainly for palletizing, strapping, and sticking and also for strapping heavy or sharp objects.

PACKAGING TAPE ACCESSORIES

  •    Hand-Operated Adhesive Tape Unwinders 

Used for the manual application of a BOPP adhesive tape to the substrate. The unwinder is equipped with a brake that serves to adjust optimal tape unwinding.

Two types of this machine according to the width of the tape to be applied are available: adjustment up to 50mm and up to 75mm.
 

  • Semi-Automatic Tape Moistening Device

Using the Eurotaper EA2 100/220 semi-automatic moistening device is the simplest way how to apply adhesive tapes requiring moistening. The Eurotaper design allows using both standard and coreless rolls of these adhesive tapes.

The tape width can be set to any demanded value within the range of 100 to 1000mm and up to endless.

This device allows cutting and "T" and "double T" sealing.
