T-QUALITY® Implementation Strategy

The result is then not only a reduced price for one item detached from the whole, but also the optimal costs of the entire packaging and logistics process.

Our permanent endeavour to achieve the maximum satisfaction of customers when fulfilling their very different needs has made us to create an original system of the guaranteed level of product and service quality. This is a specific internal superstructure for today already standard processes required by procedures resulting from the ISO quality system standards.


Products included in the guaranteed "T-QUALITY" system are designated by the appropriate codes defined for individual types of products. Each code has exactly defined quality parameters that are the main criterion when ordering the given item in the company´s internal system, regardless of whether such supplies are from internal or external resources. This way we have obtained a very effective general quality control tool providing considerable flexibility in deliveries with the simultaneous minimization of the supplier-customer relations diversification risk; such relations become more and more intricate in the complete package solution systems.


Deliveries executed within the T- QUALITY system provide the customer with a much higher degree of assurance of receiving the right product for the right price in the right place at the right time regardless of the actual situation on the market.


Principle of the system

Every customer must have the right to select the quality of the packaging materials that the customer uses without being exposed to pressures, deceitful practices, or misrepresentations on the part of the supplier´s representative in his or her effort to sell his or her product in whatsoever way and without respect to the customer´s actual needs. While sometimes even the best product is not good enough for the given purpose, in many cases the product of a lower quality or even of another kind is quite sufficient.

To prevent confusions when selling products of renowned brands, products of less renowned brands, and unbranded products, we are introducing uniform designations that help to distinguish the quality class of a product. Alternatives range from the standard quality for common needs through a higher quality in case of higher requirements up to the exceptionally high quality intended for very demanding application. Where it is reasonable, this classification is supported also by a trade mark.

We know from our experience that even a very renowned brand manufacturer is able to make use of the reputation of its brand to promote a product of a relatively common quality and that, on the contrary, some not so well known manufacturers know how to manufacture first quality products. On the basis of many years of experience in manufacturing, purchasing, distributing, and using packaging materials we have managed, applying the knowledge acquired when applying consistently the ISO 9001 quality management system, to create such internal system of quality classes that facilitates customers´ decision-makings as regards selecting alternatives.

 

The Right Delivery

Specialists in purchasing and supplying know very well that obtaining a contact or a contract for deliveries of required goods is not too easy even at the time of excess supply and that finding a supplier or manufacturer does not necessarily mean that their matter is settled. Therefore, every trade agreement is not performed until the supplier manages not only to deliver its goods or service, but also to observe all terms and conditions, especially the agreed place, time and quantity. Our system therefore allows monitoring the customer´s requirements as early as in the phase of entering an inquiry so that especially the priority of time, place or quantity in case of partial deliveries could be fulfilled. Agreed JIT deliveries are of top priority from this point of view.

The Right Price

Also an absolute non-professional can imagine that the utility value of a Trabant is not the same as that of a Mercedes, even though both of them are cars. That is why their prices are different. But up to this day not everybody understands that also so trivial consumable goods as, for example, a packaging tape can have hundreds of possible variants differing in not only the width and length, but also in the quality and thickness of the backing, the type of adhesive, the thickness of the adhesive layer, the kind of the core, the method of packaging and despatch, and in a number of other factors.

So it is not easy to select a product so that the price and utility value ratio is optimal. On the one hand, there is the risk of wasted costs when using an expensive material the actual or fictitious properties of which will not show up in the final product; on the other, there is the risk of losses when using a cheap material without required quality parameters.

The quality classification system corresponds not only with the acquisition costs of individual items of goods, but also with their real utility values. The fact that also products that can be manufactured or purchased cheaply can have high utility values can be satisfactorily proved by evidence only by means of the internal certification system. This way the customer is given an opportunity to take an additional profit in his manufacturing without having to undergo the Calvary of trials and errors that is usual when purchasing for the lowest offered price.
