Production

In production TARTEX, s.r.o. has so far been relying on the capacity of its founder - Tart, s.r.o., complementing it with sub-supplies of co-operating manufacturers from the Slovak Republic and other countries. 

TART, s.r.o. is the biggest producer of the bubble film in the Czech Republic. Since 1993 it has been manufacturing printed packaging tapes; in 1997 its own production of polyethylene and polyurethane cushioning was launched.

POLYETHYLENE

The assortment includes sleeves and LDPE films, heat shrinkable sleeves a LDPE films. The production employs on-going computer-aided control of film thickness.

  • Film thickness: 0.020 - 0.250 mm
  • Width of wound film: 450 - 1800 mm (single-layer film, sleeve, semi-sleeve)
  • Fit for hygienic packaging of foodstuffs
  • Fit for goods packaging and protecting
  • Colourless, clear; colouring possible
  • Quality treatment possible - various additives
  • Antistatics, UV stabilization, anticorrosive
  • Printable options: „The Recycling Symbol" (Mobius loop - three chasing arrows) + „Waste Disposal Symbol " + „The Green Dot"(Der Grüne Punkt)

BUBBLE FILM

  • Fit for goods packaging and protecting
  • Standard width of wound film: 1m, 1.2m, 1.5m
  • Custom width of split rolls:
    • 1,0m: 0,2 m, 0,25 m, 0,33 m, 0,5 m
    • 1,2m: 0,3 m, 0,4 m, 0,6 m
    • 1,5m: 0,5 m, 0,75 m
  • Lamination with LDPE, HDPE, paper, aluminium or metal-coated film available
  • Length of 100m and 150m, packed in PE-bags
  • Dimensions may be adapted according to customer's wishes
  • Colourless, colouring (optional)
  • Property treatment possible - various additives: antistatics, UV stabilization

CONVERSION FROM BUBBLE FILM AND PE FOAM

  • SHEETS - customized dimensions
  • BAGS - customized dimensions, with/without flap, or with an adhesive tape

Double-layer or three-layer PE - films with closed air pockets rank among the advanced means of packaging. Their protective properties may vary within a certain extent according to the selected thickness of film used. The bubble film is used for wrapping up and protecting products which are either individually packed or put into transport containers. Different colours are available upon customer's request.

POLYURETHANE CUSHIONING

Are made to order according to the designed manner of packaging and the project, or according to the customers' needs. Environment-friendly, reusable packaging. Performing of drop tests during project design (optional) = quality and safe packaging of brittle products
